Antique: 1886 - 1910
"This is an extraordinary bottle with an extraordinary history. The Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 was enacted, in great
part, due to
fraudulent advertising of the Duffy Whiskey Company. The bottle is a rich dark amber color.
It has a tooled sloping collared mouth. The front is embossed: THE DUFFY MALT WHISKEY COMPANY, ROCHESTER, NY," and the Duffy logo.  The bottom is embossed: PATd AUG. 24 1886. It is heavy for its size.
This is a great bottle for serious collectors. This is in perfect condition with some bubbles in the glass."
