  • Condition: There is stain inside and outside the bottle and swirls around the surface from being underground for over 130 years. Otherwise it is in good condition with no cracks, chips or bruises. The bottle still displays beautifully.

    Description

    Up for sale is an Antique Vaseline Bottle local to Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Circa 1870s-1880s.
    The bottle is clear in color and features an applied top. It is a much earlier mold for this bottle than you usually see, it is 1870s or 1880s. There is embossing that reads "CHESEBROUGH MFG CO / VASELINE".
    There is stain inside and outside the bottle and swirls around the surface from being underground for over 130 years. Otherwise it is in good condition with no cracks, chips or bruises. The bottle still displays beautifully.
    Measurements are approximately:
    2 3/4" Tall.
    1 7/8" Diameter.
