Shipping

Combined shipping is done at the seller's discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. The shipping fee also covers the carrier's insurance and signature confirmation fees.

Returns
In the event of a return for any reason including, but not limited to returns for items not as described, FCP Diamonds, LLC. will not refund PayPal fees if PayPal does not issue
a refund of their fees to FCP Diamonds, LLC. Upon review and return approval, purchasers' refunds will be equal to the price of the item less PayPal fees and shipping costs.
The purchaser will be solely responsible to collect any unpaid fees from PayPal resulting from a return for any reason.
FCP Diamonds, LLC. will assume no responsibility for refunding the fees associated with this auction sale in the event it is paid for by the winning bidder via PayPal, and upon return to FCP Diamonds, LLC., PayPal doesn't refund the fees associated with this auction sale.

Genuinely faulty goods not sold AS IS will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
